Day 1064
I don't know how long I have been suffering from anxiety but I know that right now it's severely affecting my daily life. Right now I find it hard to go to work, class, to sleep, to do anything really. Last year I thought I had seen the worst of it, yeah it's difficult to get things done but this year I feel frozen in my tracks. I just need a week for the world to stop, for me to catch up, to take a deep breath, but life doesn't work that way. I've discovered many coping mechanisms but they're not working really well right now.
